These programs are designed to enrich the lives of all, from pre-school children to senior citizens. Much, Much More
This service helps you make the most of your next field trip to the Flint Cultural Center. When you attend a Flint Youth Theatre play*, explore another institution on our beautiful, pedestrian-friendly campus. We make it easy with recommendations for grade appropriate programs, coordination of activities and reservation of lunch space. Enjoy a second learning activity at Longway Planetarium, Sloan Museum, Flint Institute of Music, Flint Public Library or the Flint Institute of Arts. Make a day of it!
* Free busing is provided to Flint Community Schools for Much, Much More activities when scheduled with an FYT play.

Educational Partnerships
Education Program Subsidies
Partial subsidies for field trips and busing to the Flint Cultural Center are available to public, charter, and private schools in Genesee County for the 2005-06 school year. Some restrictions. For more information contact 810.237.7337.
Subsidies are made possible through a partnership with the Genesee Area Focus Council.
Flint Community Schools: All FCS classrooms have free admission for selected programs at Longway Planetarium and Sloan Museum. FCS classrooms have free busing to Flint Youth Theatre's LEARNING THROUGH THEATRE Series (admission charged).
Pierce Creative Arts Magnet is a Pre-K - 6 public school of the Flint Community Schools district. The school has an emphasis on integrating the fine arts with the students' daily learning experiences. At the 5th-6th grade level, through a unique partnership with the Flint Cultural Center, students take all of their classes at the Flint Cultural Center. These students have an exciting opportunity for learning experiences in their classrooms at the Sarvis Conference Center and in each of our institutions.
